Use & Return Policy

Our cloth diapers are innerwear and fall under the hygiene category hence we do not take returns for our diapers. However, we do understand new parents would want to try the product first hence we have a "Use and Return Policy"

“Use & Return” Policy is valid for 7 days on Kidbea cloth diapers. Under this policy, you can buy ONE Kidbea diaper, try it for a few days, and if it doesn’t work for you, return it within 7 days and get a refund!

Basically, this policy applies to only your 1st purchase and only on 1 diaper.

Important to note for Value Packs, please put only 1 diaper to use if you would like to avail the return option. Leave the others unwashed, unused & with tags intact.

A heads-up about batch-to-batch variations: kidbea products are functional apparel, lovingly handstitched by our efficient tailors. They might show slight variations from batch to batch in prints, colours, snaps, stitches & fabric cuttings – like any other apparel fabric. It’s still zero compromise on performance & efficiency! Rest assured. The product photographs are for representation purposes, and the actual product print may vary slightly from the image. Our return policy does not cover for these.
